Enrique López Mandujano
Associate at the Firm, specialized in corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. Enrique holds a Law Degree and an Economics Degree, both from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. His combined background in law and economics, together with his previous experience as in-house counsel, enables him to support clients in making strategic decisions within complex legal and regulatory environments.
Enrique has significant experience in telecommunications, regulatory compliance before sector authorities, and personal data protection, as well as in the transportation and real estate infrastructure sectors. He has participated in projects related to regulatory frameworks applicable to telecommunications services and digital platforms, data protection, technical–operational compliance arising from enabling titles, and the identification of risks associated with commercial schemes involving regulated services.
He also possesses relevant experience in competition law, particularly in the analysis and identification of risks arising from relative and absolute monopolistic practices, as well as in the development of preventive regulatory strategies.
In the field of compliance, Enrique has contributed to the design and implementation of corporate policies, internal procedures, and risk matrices related to regulatory compliance, privacy, and the prevention of regulatory contingencies, aligning operations with legal obligations and best practices.
In the academic sphere, his research on the prevention of absolute monopolistic practices within business chambers stands out, having been instrumental for the Firm in promoting sectoral self-regulation mechanisms and fostering fairer and more efficient business environments.
