Our advice includes internal audit on personal data management, data collection, advice on obligations of the person responsible for the handling of personal data, compliance, planning and design of the necessary documentation on the area (privacy notices, internal guidelines, policies and regulatory procedures). We also advise our clients in administrative proceedings such as trials before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI, by its acronym in Spanish).
