Mauricio Arciniega is an associate of the firm, his practice is consolidated in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and transactional law.

Mauricio has experience in corporate restructurings and financings to leading domestic and international companies. He also specializes in the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts, and in corporate governance matters.

He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Santa Fe.
