Rodrigo Flores P.

Rodrigo Flores is an Associate at the Firm. His professional practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the structuring of corporate entities.

He has experience advising national and international companies on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions processes, corporate reorganizations, and the structuring of corporate vehicles. He also regularly participates in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as in matters related to corporate governance.

Previously, he worked for three years at Notary Public Office No. 239 of Mexico City, where he was involved in matters related to civil, real estate, succession, and corporate law, gaining solid practical experience in the structuring and formalization of legal acts.

Since joining the Firm in 2023, Rodrigo has advised clients on matters related to corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. He has also participated in projects related to regulation and anti-money laundering, as well as in the design of legal structures and internal control frameworks for corporations and non-profit organizations.

Additionally, he has experience in immigration matters, advising international companies on the management of processes before immigration authorities and on compliance with immigration obligations related to the mobility of foreign personnel in Mexico.

Rodrigo holds a Law Degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed a postgraduate Diploma Program at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
