He actively participates in matters of varying types, including comprehensive case management, the preparation of hearings, and the development of legal arguments, as well as the presentation of pleadings and oral arguments before jurisdictional authorities. His involvement at these stages has allowed him to gain a practical understanding of litigation and the decision-making dynamics of the courts.
He is currently pursuing a double degree in Law and Economics at Tecnológico de Monterrey, a background that complements his legal practice with analytical tools applicable to dispute resolution. His professional interests focus on strategic litigation, particularly in the areas of constitutional protection, commercial law, and criminal law, areas in which he seeks to develop a technical, rigorous, and methodologically structured practice.
